Located in the former 18th-century palace, the Nura restaurant is the main table at Fontenille Menorca in Santa Ponsa. Opening onto the terraced gardens, it offers lively, colorful contemporary Spanish cuisine, celebrating the island's produce.
Inspired by the estate's organic vegetable garden (more than 5,000 m² cultivated to the south of the property), the menu follows the rhythm of the seasons and harvests. Each plate showcases Menorcan specialties in a modern interpretation, without betraying the soul of the land. For lunch and dinner, freshness is king: ceviche, grilled fish, roasted vegetables, wild herbs, citrus fruits... all in an elegant and peaceful atmosphere, just a stone's throw from Mahón.
